Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson/Builder.
• CSCS card is essential.
• Current UK driving licence and ability to travel/ stay away from home with accommodation provided.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.

Responsibilities

• General building repairs and property reinstatement.
• Brickwork and structural repairs.
• Plastering, including complete rooms and patch repairs.
• Wall and floor tiling.
• Carpentry and joinery.
• Making good and finishing works.
• Other general building and maintenance tasks related to insurance repairs.
