Gentoo Group in Sunderland is seeking an experienced Multi Maintenance Operative to join the Empty Homes team. The role involves carrying out general building maintenance across trades to prepare homes for new customers, with a fixed-term contract starting in November 2026 and running to March 2027, with potential extension.

You will work a 36-hour week, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime. A full UK driving licence and a basic DBS check are required; you will use handheld devices to manage

Responsabilidades

• Carry out a range of general building maintenance tasks.

• Keep area clean and maintain stock records.
• Drive a Gentoo vehicle between sites as needed.
