These fixed-term opportunities start in November 2026 and run to March 2027, with potential extension up to 12 months. A full UK driving licence and a basic DBS check are required, and occasional overtime may be needed for a great service.

Qualificações

• Experience across a range of trades (joinery, plastering, tiling, decorating, bricklaying, plumbing, fencing, flooring, roofing).
• Strong communication with customers and teams.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out general building maintenance across homes.
• Complete repairs to a high standard and on time.
• Plan ahead with parts and materials for each job.
• Receive work via handheld tech and update job status.
• Ensure safety and COSHH compliance.
