You will carry out general property maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial sites, applying skills in joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling and more.

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled operative or in a similar role.
• Competence across multiple trades.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general property maintenance and repair works
• Undertaking a range of trade tasks including joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, tiling, and general building work
• Completing both reactive maintenance works and planned project work to a high standard across a variety of sites
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally
• Maintaining excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
