Job summary

In this role, you will maintain and refurbish equipment across multiple campuses, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities. Qualifications

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification required.
• Must have City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• Experience in M&E systems and manual refurbishment skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment at GBS estates.
• Monitor condition of GBS buildings and undertake repairs.
• Assist with planning refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems

Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach to work

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skill

Full, Clean Driving License
