Job summary

Tiro Associates Ltd in Trafford Park, Manchester, is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our high-output food manufacturing site. You will perform PPM, diagnose faults, and drive improvements to maximise OEE in a continental shift role.

The ideal candidate is time-served with ONC/BTEC/HNC, strong mechanical/electrical/automation skills, and experience in regulated FMCG environments. Excellent opportunities for mentoring and career progression on a busy site.

Qualifications

• Time-served engineer with ONC/BTEC or equivalent (HNC bonus).
• Strong hands-on skills across mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing with GMP/BRC awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to keep production running.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and automation faults quickly.
• Identify process improvements and implement changes through change management.
• Coach colleagues and uphold GMP standards on site.
