Job summary

Synergi Recruitment in Northampton is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a food manufacturing site. The role covers PPM and reactive maintenance on automated production lines, ensuring safe, efficient operation and ongoing improvements.

You will fault-find both electrically and mechanically, service control panels and sensors, and support equipment upgrades. Overtime and a strong benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with control panels, sensors, inverters and three-phase electrics.
• Mechanical maintenance experience including bearings, gearboxes, pumps and valves.
• Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Engineering apprenticeship or qualification desirable.

The Opportunity

A leading food manufacturing business is looking to recruit an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established engineering team. The Role
