Job summary

RGB Network is seeking a Multi skilled Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer based in Central London to support building services across Zones 1 & 2. The role involves PPM and reactive maintenance on a range of M&E equipment, with duties including logging work on tablets and ensuring accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have Electrical Level 3 (18th edition) and may have PASMA/IPAF. The package includes travel card, company phone/tablet, pension and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Electrical Level 3 with 18th edition wiring and regulations
• PASMA/IPAF – desirable

Responsibilities

• PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E services: emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment, boilers and chillers
• Log and close PPM/reactive calls on tablet; maintain asset registers and test sheets
• Complete detailed worksheets on tablet for additional works
• Follow maintenance schedules and safe working practices; ensure paperwork is completed and submitted on time
• Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company

Multi skilled Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer

Based Foot Mobile (Central London)

The Company:

Due to significant growth, my client is looking for an experienced and dedicated foot Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Contract Management Teams in providing top-tier service to our clients. Majority of the work will be based in London Zones 1 & 2.

Job Purpose

Working on a foot mobile basis, mainly between zones 1 & 2 carrying out the following works responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• PPM's and Reactive maintenance across M&E Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment, boilers, chillers.
• Use tablet technology to log and close PPM and reactive calls, maintaining up-to-date asset registers and test sheets.
• Complete detailed work sheets on tablet for additional works as identified.
• Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices, and method statements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.
• Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company.

Qualifications:

• Electrical level 3 - 18th edition wiring and regulations
• PASMA/IPAF - Desirable.

PACKAGE:

• 43 - 48k basic salary
• Hours of Work 08.00 - 17.00
• 20 days holiday per year + 8 bank holidays - rises a day each year in business to maximum of 25.
