Job summary

RGB in Central London is seeking a Multi Skilled Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical services, mainly within Zones 1 and 2. You will attend sites, logging PPMs and reactive calls on tablet devices and keeping asset registers current.

The role offers a salary of £43,000 to £48,000 per annum, with hours 08:00–17:00, plus benefits such as a travel card, pension, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Electrical Level 3 qualification with 18th edition wiring and regulations.
• PASMA/IPAF qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• PPMs and reactive maintenance across M&E services: emergency lighting, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment, boilers, chillers.
• Log and close PPM and reactive calls using tablet technology.
• Maintain up-to-date asset registers and test sheets.
• Complete detailed on-site worksheets for additional works.
• Follow maintenance schedules and ensure paperwork is completed and submitted on time.
• Adhere to procurement practices.

Working on a foot mobile basis, mainly within Zones 1 and 2, the post-holder will attend sites covering emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment, boilers and chillers. Duties include logging and closing PPM and reactive calls via tablet technology, and keeping asset registers current. The role supports contract management teams in providing a high standard of service to clients. A salary of £43,000 to £48,000 per annum is offered, reflecting experience and skills. The successful candidate will support our Contract Management Teams in providing top-tier service to our clients. Majority of the work will be based in London Zones 1 and 2.

Job Purpose

Working on a foot mobile basis, mainly between zones 1 and 2 carrying out the following works responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• PPM''s and Reactive maintenance across MandE Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU''s, AHU''s, HVAC plant, Water treatment, boilers, chillers.
• Use tablet technology to log and close PPM and reactive calls, maintaining up-to-date asset registers and test sheets.
• Complete detailed work sheets on tablet for additional works as identified.
• Follow maintenance schedules, safe working practices, and method statements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time.
• Adhere to procurement practices as directed by the company.

Qualifications

Electrical level 3 – 18th edition wiring and regulations PASMA/IPAF – Desirable.

• 43 - 48k basic salary
• Hours of Work 08.00 – 17.00
• 20 days holiday per year + 8 bank holidays – rises a day each year in business to maximum of 25.
