Job summary

Alice Rose Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Foot Mobile Electrical Reactive Engineer to join the team and support a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Central London.

You will respond to reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure safe, high‑quality work with standard hours and a £48,000 salary plus Zone 1/2 travel card.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
• Experience within commercial building maintenance
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Foot Mobile Electrical Reactive Engineer

Location: Central London

Salary: £48,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card

Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

Alice Rose Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a leading Building Services provider, currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Reactive Engineer to join their established engineering team covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Central London.

The Role

As a Foot Mobile Electrical Reactive Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to reactive maintenance works across a portfolio of commercial properties. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance across commercial electrical systems
• Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical building services
• Lighting, emergency lighting and small power repairs
• Electrical testing and minor installation works
• Distribution boards, control panels and 3-phase systems
• Completing maintenance reports and job sheets
• Liaising with clients and site management
• Ensuring all works comply with current Health & Safety regulations

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
• Experience within commercial building maintenance
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills
