Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer to cover sites in the City of London and West End. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of commercial properties and liaise with clients.

The successful candidate will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, ensure statutory compliance, update site logbooks and provide high levels of service on-site.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified in electrical installations or mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial maintenance or related field.
• Apprentice trained is desirable.

Foot Mobile Engineer

New position for a Foot Mobile Engineer based in the City of London! This is a great role if you're looking to join a fast growing building service provider, covering your own portfolio of commercial properties, allowing you to manage your own sites and clients!

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be covering the City of London and West End. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E Systems, statutory compliance duties, update site logbooks, liaise with contractors and deal with the client requests.

Foot Mobile Engineer Duties:

• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical / mechanical maintenance in commercial properties
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively
• Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks
• Emergency lighting testing and remedial
• Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery

Foot Mobile Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in either electrical installations or mechanical related engineering
• At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
• Apprentice trained - desirable
• Good M&E knowledge

Salary and Package:

• £45,000 - £47,000 per annum
• Travel expensed
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
