Job summary

SER Limited is hiring multiple Foot Mobile Building Services Engineers for permanent roles across London. You'll cover City and West End sites, traveling by public transport as needed, with a monthly travel allowance on top of a basic salary aligned to experience.

Applicants should hold a Level 2 qualification (electrical or mechanical); electrical bias candidates should have NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition, while mechanicals with Fgas or HVAC qualifications are preferred.

Job description

Position: Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: London (City and West End areas)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From GBP44,000 to GBP50,000 (subject to experience level) plus travel allowance

We are looking for a number of Multi Skilled Foot Mobile Engineers for full time, permanent positions covering London.

Due to company growth, we need strong building services engineers with a multi skilled background who are happy to travel to site using public transport.

These Engineers need to have a strong background in commercial building services maintenance, holding either an electrical or mechanical (minimum) level 2 qualification.

The electrical bias engineers do need to be NVQ level 3 qualified and holding their 18th Edition and we would prefer the mechanical engineers to hold the Fgas qualification or HVAC qualification.

These positions are foot mobile. The engineers will be given a monthly allowance on top of the basic salary to cover a percentage of their travel expenses.
