Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Engineer for our Sheffield Family Court contract. This permanent full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced maintenance professionals looking to achieve a better work-life balance.

You will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), responsive repairs, and general building maintenance. Ideal candidates will have trade qualifications and customer-focused attitudes.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• A recognised trade qualification such as City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2.
• Experience in building maintenance, repairs or property services.
• Knowledge of building fabric and building services systems.
• Blue CSCS Card is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PPM works and responsive maintenance.
• Perform plumbing, painting, and tiling repairs.
• Use a handheld device for completing work efficiently.
