Job summary
Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our repairs and maintenance team in Cambridge and surrounding areas. The role involves carrying out a variety of trade repairs in void and occupied properties, using a handheld device to receive tasks and complete them safely and to a high standard.
You will hold a Level 2 NVQ in two trades, a Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent (including flooring experience), CSCS Skilled Workers card, a valid UK
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 NVQ in two trades.
- Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent with flooring experience.
- Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card or higher.
- Strong emphasis on health and safety.
- Full UK driving license for company vehicle use.
Responsibilities
- Carry out trades repairs across void and occupied properties.
- Work to high quality standards in a social housing setting.
