Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our repairs and maintenance team in Cambridge and surrounding areas. The role involves carrying out a variety of trade repairs in void and occupied properties, using a handheld device to receive tasks and complete them safely and to a high standard.

You will hold a Level 2 NVQ in two trades, a Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent (including flooring experience), CSCS Skilled Workers card, a valid UK

• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card or higher.
• Strong emphasis on health and safety.
• Full UK driving license for company vehicle use.

Job description

Permanent - Full Time - 40 Hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, one hour lunch)

We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our repairs and maintenance team to work across properties within Cambridge and surrounding areas.

About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out repairs to void properties, you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, within a social housing setting. You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You

Candidates will hold a minimum of Level 2 NVQ in two trades and a Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent with experience in Flooring. You will hold a blue CSCS Skilled Workers card or higher and have excellent working knowledge of health and safety. Customer focused with experience of working in both void and occupied properties, you'll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.

You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
