A leading property maintenance business in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Multi Skill Trades Carpenter to join their Voids team. The role involves delivering multi-trade refurbishments with carpentry as the primary focus, while also requiring skills in other trades. The ideal candidate will work in a variety of environments, maintaining high standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Have you got the right tools for the job? Platform Property Care need an experiencedMulti Skill Trades Carpenter based in Skegness and the surrounding area to join our talented Voids team and help us ensure our customer's homes are refurbished to our Lettable Standard.
You will be a Multi Skill Trades Operative and carpentry will be your focus, but experience in other trades is essential, as you will be delivering Multi Trade refurbishment within a Voids environment.
The role is varied. No two days will be the same and you will meet a wide range of customers along the way.It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return, you'll have the support of a great team.
A team player, you'll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills. You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right the first time.
There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota, which is required.
This role is based with our team in the Louth area, so you will need to live locally. As the role is mobile, a current, valid driving licence is essential. Unfortunately, we cannot progress applications from candidates without this.
