Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a dynamic Dual Services Manager to oversee security, cleanliness, hygiene, and waste management at a client shopping centre in Wallsend. You will drive quality, safety, and efficiency, coordinating teams and ensuring adherence to company policies and contractual requirements.

The role requires leadership of multiple disciplines, strong budget control, and excellent communication to deliver services to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a facilities environment.
• Proven ability to forecast budgets and control costs.
• Strong communication leadership and people management skills.
• Health & safety awareness with relevant certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts in line with company policies and client requirements.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and waste management standards are met.
• Coordinate security and cleaning teams, monitor incidents and rotas.
• Prepare monthly reports including budget forecasts and reconciliations.
• Provide professional support on service-related matters and drive performance.

SIA Front Line Door Supervisory License

SIA CCTV Licence (Desirable)
