Job description

ABM is looking for a Dual Services Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of both the Security and Cleaning teams at The Rock.

This is a full-time management role (42 hours per week) responsible for maintaining high standards across the centre, managing team performance, overseeing budgets and compliance, and ensuring an excellent experience for visitors, retailers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing teams, and hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licence.
