Job summary

Dardan Security Ltd seeks an experienced Security Manager to lead operations across high-profile multi-site environments in the South East and wider UK. You will partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver proactive, customer-focused security services and maintain the highest standards of safety and service.

Reporting to senior management, you will manage day-to-day operations, drive quality, and oversee incident response, policy implementation, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Front Line SIA Licence required and valid.
• UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Right to work in the UK with a five-year checkable history.
• Previous experience as Security Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of security procedures, risk management and incident response.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Well-presented and aligned with corporate brand.
• Resilient, proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple sites.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality security services at all locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and key stakeholders.
• Oversee incident management and investigations with corrective actions.
• Ensure security policies and assignment instructions are followed.
• Monitor performance against contract requirements and SLAs.
• Manage staff training, welfare and succession planning.
• Produce reports and management information to support performance.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Security Manager to oversee security operations at unique, high profile multi-site locations in the South East. You will work closely with the client and key stakeholders to deliver a proactive, customer-focused security service that reflects the unique nature of our client sites.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven security professional to take ownership of a complex and fast-paced operation, leading a team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and customer experience.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Manage the day-to-day security operation across multiple sites

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality security services across all locations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and other key stakeholders

• Oversee incident management, investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions where required

• Ensure all security policies, procedures, and assignment instructions are effectively implemented and adhered to

• Monitor performance against contractual requirements and service level expectations

• Manage staff training, development, welfare, and succession planning

• Produce accurate reports, audits, and management information to support operational performance

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Valid Front Line SIA Licence

• UK Driving Licence

• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history

• Strong experience in a Security Manager, Security Operations Manager, or similar leadership role

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and client relationships

• Strong understanding of security procedures, risk management, and incident response

• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)

• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset

• Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
