Job summary

Dardan Security Ltd is seeking a Front of House Concierge Officer to welcome visitors and clients while maintaining a secure environment. You will provide professional, client-facing reception support and work with the Facilities Manager and site team.

Your duties include customer service, contractor management, and executing security duties such as access control and incident reporting. Full in-house training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Right to work in the UK with a five-year checkable history.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Passionate about creating an excellent customer experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset.
• Highly presentable in line with corporate brand.
• Resilient and proactive in your work.

Responsibilities

• Act as a client-facing presence, providing a welcoming and professional service to occupiers, visitors, and contractors.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, responding to queries and issues courteously and proactively.
• Assist with front-of-house activities, ensuring site standards are maintained.
• Escalate incidents or concerns in line with site procedures.
• Carry out security duties including access control, monitoring alarms, and incident reporting.

The Opportunity

As a Front of House Concierge Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a warm welcome while maintaining a safe, secure environment.

As part of this role, you will provide a professional, client‑facing presence at reception. The role is focused on customer service, contractor management, and supporting the Facilities Manager and wider site team.
