Job summary

Fuller’s is excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for an Area Sales Manager, focused on driving pro-active pre-booked growth across our group of premium pubs and hotels.

You will travel between Bath to Oxford and surroundings, build strong client relationships, and lead sales strategies across events, private dining and large group bookings, with travel to our Support Centre in Chiswick as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-site sales within hospitality or events.
• Proactive, strategic mindset with a strong commercial focus.
• Confident CRM user with experience managing client pipelines.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Passion for premium hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Implement pro-active pre-booked sales plan across multiple locations
• Drive growth in all areas of pre-booked business: events, food & drink, and private hire
• Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development
• Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Delivertailored room sales strategies for weddings, corporate and events
• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Provide leadership/guidance and training for the site roles
