Fuller’s is excited to announce an Area Sales Manager role covering pubs and hotels in Hampshire and surrounding areas. You will drive pre-booked growth across events, private dining, and large group bookings while expanding the client base and supporting long-term business success.

This role requires travel and strong experience in hospitality sales, with leadership responsibilities for site teams and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-site sales within hospitality or events.
• Confident CRM user with experience managing client pipelines.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement pro-active pre-booked sales plan across multiple locations, pubs and hotels.
• Drive growth in all areas of pre-booked business: events, food & drink, and private hire.
• Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development.
• Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Deliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, corporate and events.
• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Provide leadership/guidance and training for the site roles
