This role requires travel and strong experience in hospitality sales, with leadership responsibilities for site teams and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Implement pro-active pre-booked sales plan across multiple locations, pubs and hotels.
• Drive growth in all areas of pre-booked business: events, food & drink, and private hire.
• Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development.
• Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Deliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, corporate and events.
• Collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Provide leadership/guidance and training for the site roles

Area Sales Manager

Salary of £37,000 to £42,000 plus Bonus

This role will cover a patch of pubs around Hampshire and surrounding areas

Experience in dining, weddings, consumers and repeat bookers is essential. This role will require travel around your area and to the Support Centre in Chiswick
