Well Pharmacy in Salford is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead 15–20 branches across Greater Manchester and Merseyside. You will build high-performing teams, drive KPIs, and ensure patient safety while delivering an outstanding community pharmacy experience.

The role reports to Senior/Regional Operations and demands strong commercial acumen, coaching ability, and deep NHS knowledge to meet budget targets and standards.

• Visit 15–20 pharmacies biweekly to drive performance.
