Job summary

The Walcot Group is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to drive performance across our multi-site hospitality venues in the West Country and Bath area. Reporting to the MD, you will collaborate with Head Office and Exec Chef Team to deliver commercial, service and operational excellence.

You will lead on site operations, manage budgets and P&L with the GM and Finance Team, develop staff through training and succession planning, and ensure guest experience adheres to Walcot standards while

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven multi-site management experience within premium restaurants or hospitality groups.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse data and implement improvements.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Passion for hospitality, guest experience and operational excellence.
• Experience with founder-led businesses or start-ups is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations across multiple venues, leading front and back of house.
• Manage budgets, P&L reporting and sales targets with GM and Finance Team.
• Inspire, develop and hold staff accountable, supporting training and succession planning.
• Uphold high standards of product, service, guest experience and brand consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
