Job summary

Bite Talent is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-performing Aberdeen restaurants. You will lead multi-site operations, partner with General Managers, and drive sales, service quality and profitability across the network.

This role rewards commercial excellence, people development and hands-on leadership, with strong focus on health and safety, standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences across all locations.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site management experience within hospitality.
• Strong commercial awareness including P&L and budgeting.
• Experience leading Restaurant General Managers.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Leadership: Lead, coach and develop Restaurant General Managers to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
• Commercial Performance: Drive sales, maximise profitability and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• People Development: Recruit, motivate and develop management teams while building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain consistently high standards across food quality, customer service, health and safety, and compliance.
• Business Strategy: Set clear performance objectives, monitor KPIs and implement effective improvement plans.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every restaurant delivers a consistently positive experience that encourages customer loyalty.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular site visits, review business performance and support managers in achieving their targets.
