Job summary

Bite Talent is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a region of 8+ high-volume restaurants in the North West of England, including Manchester and Liverpool. You will drive sales, control costs and lead General Managers to uphold brand standards and guest experience.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong P&L mindset, capable of rapid expansion, staff development and delivering operating excellence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager or similar multi-site leader within QSR or fast-casual restaurants.
• Responsibility for 8+ high-volume sites.
• Strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of restaurant P&Ls.
• A proven track record of improving sales, profitability and operational performance.
• Experience leading and developing General Managers.
• Strong coaching, communication and accountability skills.
• Experience within a fast-growth branded hospitality business.
• Exposure to new restaurant openings or regional expansion.
• A hands-on leadership style and the ability to operate effectively in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own a region of 8+ high-volume restaurants, leading General Managers to deliver commercial results and guest experiences.
• Full commercial accountability across sales, labour, profitability and controllable costs.
• Drive brand standards and operational excellence across the region.
• Support launch and mobilisation of new sites and growth initiatives.
• Partner with central teams to deliver improvements and initiatives.
