Bite Talent is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-performing Aberdeen restaurants. You will lead multi-site operations, partner with General Managers, and drive sales, service quality and profitability across the network.

This role rewards commercial excellence, people development and hands-on leadership, with strong focus on health and safety, standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences across all locations.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site management experience within hospitality.
• Strong commercial awareness including P&L and budgeting.
• Experience leading Restaurant General Managers.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain consistently high standards across food quality, customer service, health and safety, and compliance.
• Business Strategy: Set clear performance objectives, monitor KPIs and implement effective improvement plans.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every restaurant delivers a consistently positive experience that encourages customer loyalty.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular site visits, review business performance and support managers in achieving their targets.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-performing restaurants within a well-established, market-leading hospitality business.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of a group of restaurants, working closely with Restaurant General Managers to deliver outstanding results across People, Customer Experience, Sales and Profitability.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, ensuring each location operates efficiently while building motivated, high‑performing teams.

• Experience leading and developing Restaurant General Managers or senior site managers.
• A track record of improving sales, profitability and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
• A hands‑on approach with the ability to think strategically and deliver results.
