Bite Talent is partnering with one of the UK’s leading and fastest-growing chicken QSR brands to recruit an Operations Manager. You will lead several restaurant sites, coaching General Managers, driving sales growth and profitability while maintaining high standards in service, food quality and customer experience.

This hands-on leadership role requires visible leadership in-restaurant, strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into action plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple sites within QSR, casual dining or fast-paced hospitality.
• Strong commercial mindset with multi-site P&L ownership.
• Proven track record delivering sales, profit and KPI improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day performance of multiple restaurant locations with full accountability for results.
• Coach General Managers to build high-performing restaurants.
• Drive KPIs including sales growth, profitability, labour and food costs.
• Recruit, develop and retain great people and build succession plans.
• Analyse performance and translate insights into action plans.
• Manage budgets and cost controls to improve profitability.
• Ensure safety, food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with central teams to remove barriers and support restaurant teams.
