Job summary

Trinity House Group Ltd is seeking a Management Accountant to take ownership of multi-site management accounts near the Jewellery Quarter. You will run rigorous month-end processes, produce P&L and balance sheet packs, and investigate any variances until you can explain the figures.

The role combines strong numbers with relationship-building across site teams, and offers study support for ACCA or CIMA after probation. A proactive, process‑improving mindset will be valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts for multiple sites or business units.
• Solid grounding in P&L, balance sheet, accruals and month end.
• Ability to produce clear variance commentary that explains the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own management accounts for a portfolio of sites.
• Run month end for sites with accuracy and pace.
• Produce P&L and balance sheet incl. reconciliations.
• Investigate variances and trace the numbers to source.
• Visit sites quarterly to understand operations first-hand.
• Collaborate with site teams and finance colleagues across the business.
