COREcruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Group Management Accountant to join a small central finance team. Hybrid role, 2-3 days on site, reporting to a Director and supported by two assistants and an external accountant.

You will prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities, deliver P&L packs with variance analysis, and lead KPI reporting including EBITDA by site. You will also manage cash flow, balance sheets and intercompany activity.

Competenze

• Multi-site hospitality experience is essential.
• ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified, or part-qualified with strong experience.
• Proven month-end, reconciliation and management reporting experience.
• Strong Excel skills, with experience of POS data and ERP or consolidation tools.
• Able to turn numbers into clear actions for site and operations teams.
• Hands-on and organised, comfortable working with a Director and an external accountant.
