COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Management Accountant to join a central finance team, responsible for multi-entity monthly accounts, P&L packs and KPI reporting. You will work with a Director and external accountant in a fast-paced hospitality group.

The role is on-site during probation, with potential hybrid work after 6 months. Candidates should be qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or part-qualified) and able to manage high-volume data flows from POS to ledger.

• Experience in multi-site hospitality environment implemented across multiple brands.
• Proven month-end, reconciliation and management reporting experience.
• A strong command of Excel and data analysis to drive site-level actions.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow across entities.
• Produce site and brand-level P&L packs with variance analysis.
• Own KPI reporting and cash forecasting with supplier terms and VAT considerations.
• Support budgeting/rolling forecasts for sales, labour, food, overheads and capex.
• Coordinate with external accountant and auditors to ensure audit-ready files.

Our client is a multi-site, multi-brand hospitality and foodservice group, including franchised operations, entering a pivotal phase of its growth. They are looking for a Management Accountant to join a small central finance team, reporting to a Director and supported by an external accountant.

Your role is based on-site during the probation period, but is open to hybrid work after an initial 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, across multiple entities
• Produce site and brand-level P&L packs with variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year
• Own weekly and monthly KPI reporting, including sales mix, labour %, food cost % and EBITDA by site
• Monitor cash and working capital, including weekly cash forecasting, settlements, supplier terms, VAT and PAYE
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, debtor/creditor reviews and intercompany accounting
• Support budgeting and rolling forecasts across sales, labour, food, overheads and capex
• Track royalty, marketing levy and franchise fee obligations by brand
• Maintain month-end processes and work with the external accountant and auditors to keep files audit-ready
• Improve the flow of data from POS to the ledger and automate routine reporting

Key Skills

• Multi-site hospitality experience is essential; experience in a multi-brand or franchised environment is a strong advantage
• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified, or part-qualified with strong experience
• Proven month-end, reconciliation and management reporting experience
• Strong Excel skills, with experience of POS data and ERP or consolidation tools
• Comfortable working in high-volume, low-margin trading models
• Able to turn numbers into clear actions for site and operations teams
• Hands‑on and organised, comfortable working with a Director and an external accountant
