Job summary

TavasTechs is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its Midlands-based technology team. The role is predominantly on-site at Leicester and Rugby, with occasional home-working as needed, and requires a full UK driving licence for multi-site support.

You will deliver hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support to over 600 users, troubleshoot hardware, software, networks and telephony, and help maintain security and documentation across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st/2nd line IT support or service desk.
• Strong Windows OS troubleshooting and hardware skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support to multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks and telephony issues.
• Assist with system administration tasks and updates.
• Collaborate with third‑party partners as needed.
• Maintain IT security standards and documentation.
• Occasional out-of-hours support on a rota.
