Mitie Group plc. seeks a Department Manager to lead Information Management and Office Services across Defence sites in Hampshire.

The role oversees Information Hub operations, reprographics, corporate communications, executive support, and chaplaincy administration while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-disciplined team across several service streams.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Information Management and Office Services.
Ensure contractual service levels, quality standards and customer expectations are met.
Build and maintain relationships with military and civilian stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and customer experience.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
Monitor performance, quality, compliance and operational risk.
Support business change initiatives and contribute to wider contract objectives.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Security and Data Protection requirements.
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused culture within the team.
