Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Norfolk seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across multiple sites, partnering with the Leadership Team to drive people-focused business performance. This hands-on role covers employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, payroll support, and reporting.

You will coach managers, influence decisions, and help create a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience with UK employment law knowledge.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations cases independently.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience supporting business change and HR improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues.
• Provide practical HR guidance to managers and senior leaders.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding across the business.
• Coach and develop managers to strengthen people management capability.
• Support learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and employment practices remain compliant.
• Support organisational change and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor payroll and HR administration processes.
• Produce HR reports and metrics for decision-making.
