Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Regional People Business Partner to support sites across the UK with day-to-day HR activity and broader people initiatives. The role involves partnering with site managers, coaching leaders, and driving practical HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll handle employee relations, support organisational change, and ensure robust HR data and reporting while traveling regularly between sites.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist HR knowledge across full employee lifecycle.
• Strong employee relations experience and ability to handle grievances, disciplinary matters.
• Experience working across multiple UK locations and travel between sites.
• Good HR systems and data capability for reporting and analytics.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between sites.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or similar operational environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational sites to understand priorities and deliver practical people solutions.
• Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advise on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability.
• Coach managers and develop confidence in handling people matters.
• Support organisational change and integration of new sites.
• Support HR systems, data and reporting.
• Contribute to performance management, talent, succession, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Build relationships across multiple sites and with stakeholders at all levels.
• Support wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
