Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional for a generalist People Advisory role. You will partner with managers across multiple sites, providing expert advice on employee relations and workforce matters in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves handling complex casework, contributing to wider people initiatives and organisational change projects, and delivering training on people management topics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR Advisory or People Advisor role.
• Strong employee relations case management experience.
• Experience supporting investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using HR systems and producing workforce reports.
• The ability to work independently whilst managing a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability and performance issues.
• Support and lead investigations, hearings and formal casework.
• Coach managers to build confidence and capability in managing people matters.
• Advise on organisational change projects and workforce planning activities.
• Deliver HR policy guidance, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
• Analyse workforce data and produce reports to support decision-making.
• Design and deliver training sessions on people management topics.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders, staff representatives and trade union partners.
