RG Setsquare is seeking a Facilities Management Contract Manager to oversee a six-site FM contract across Slough and other locations. You will manage commercial performance, drive cost savings and ensure safety and compliance.

The role combines site visits, supplier and subcontractor leadership, KPI monitoring and reporting to stakeholders, with a two-day-per-week office presence and travel. A strong track record in contract management and continuous improvement is essential, along with driving

Qualifications

• Proven FM contract management across multi-site portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgeting & forecasting.
• Experience delivering cost savings and operational improvements.
• Experience managing hard and soft FM services and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operational and commercial performance of the FM contract across six sites.
• Ensure delivery of hard and soft FM services in line with SLAs.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and forecasts; implement corrective actions.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
• Lead teams, suppliers and subcontractors to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance across sites.
• Develop continuous improvement plans and track savings.
