Job summary

Sellick Partnership is delighted to partner with an organisation in the public sector to appoint a Facilities Compliance Manager responsible for statutory compliance, building safety and multi-site FM across a varied estate.

This interim role requires hands-on ownership from day one, ensuring safety, compliance and effective maintenance to support frontline services. 37 hours per week, Birmingham-based across sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing statutory compliance in facilities, estates or property.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Safety, Asbestos Management, Legionella Control, Gas Safety and Electrical Compliance.
• Experience managing hard and soft FM across multiple sites.
• Proven contractor management and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory compliance and building safety across multiple sites.
• Act as lead officer for property compliance, ensuring adherence to legislation and standards.
• Manage compliance programmes for Fire Safety, Asbestos, Legionella, Gas Safety and Electrical Safety.
• Oversee PPM programmes and statutory inspections.
• Manage hard FM and soft FM services including coordinating contractors.
• Produce compliance reports and provide assurance to senior stakeholders.
