Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a Workplace Compliance Manager to lead compliance, facilities services and statutory obligations across our office estate in the UK. Reporting to the SHEQ Director, you will ensure legislative and standard compliance, manage contractor performance, and drive sustainable, safe workplaces aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant facilities management experience and a strong compliance background.
• Proven contractor management across multi-site estates with oversight of service delivery.
• Experience delivering regulatory compliance and operational excellence in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace compliance across the office estate.
• Oversee fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, gas and electrical safety.
• Manage FM and M&E contractors and scheduled maintenance programmes.
• Drive KPIs, SLAs, sustainability, business continuity and workplace improvements.
