Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland seeks a senior catering operations leader to oversee menus, training and brand standards across multiple sites. You will work closely with site managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive client satisfaction in a dynamic contract catering environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management, and experience managing catering operations at scale. A degree in business/operations management or equivalent is preferred, with a focus on strategic planning

Qualifications

• Experience at a multi-site level within contract catering.
• Hands-on and visible on site when visiting sites.
• Bachelor's degree in business/operations management or related catering, or NVQ Level 3 equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site managers to create menus for sites and events.
• Consider menu size, dietary needs, equipment and budgets.
• Manage and train senior catering staff and cascade training to site teams.
• Ensure brand standards, serving procedures, etiquette, safety standards and regulations.
• Assist with recruiting staff to meet workload demands.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across the contract, delivering value.
