Qualifications

• Experience in managing contract catering operations and teams.
• Level 3 Catering and Hospitality or equivalent.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and motivational abilities.
• Experience building relationships with clients and staff to meet expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Chef to create seasonal menus for the site and events.
• Oversee staff and ensure creations meet client needs and daily requirements.
• Ensure brand standards, safety, and company etiquette are met.
• Recruit new staff to meet workload demands.
• Establish relationships with vendors to obtain best prices.
