Job summary

Grazing is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multisite catering operations across Central London, the City and West End. You’ll oversee contracts, events and teams while driving commercial performance and client satisfaction.

With 3–5 years in operations or senior management within contract catering, you’ll manage budgets, food costs and labour costs, and foster a high‑performance culture across sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in operations or senior management within contract catering.
• Experience managing client relationships and budgets.
• Strong B&I background with multisite operations and CPU/free‑issue models.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple contracts ensuring operations run smoothly across client sites and events.
• Manage and develop a team including chefs, FOH and relief teams.
• Lead, coach and motivate teams, creating a high‑performance culture.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent service.
• Manage budgets, food costs and labour costs across contracts.
• Coordinate and support events and the practical side of delivery.
• Ensure training, compliance, food safety and financial records are maintained.
