Qualifications

• You should have experience in managing Contract Catering operations and teams.
• You should have a Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent.
• You should have proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team.
• You should have experience building relationships with clients and staff.
• You should work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Team to create seasonal menus for the site and events.
• Oversee staff and ensure client requirements and legal company standards are met daily.
• Train team members on menus, procedures, safety, and etiquette.
• Adhere to budgets set by the line manager for food, staffing and equipment.
• Develop relationships with vendors to obtain best prices.
