Multi-site Catering Lead – London - £60k + package

This role acts as the central link between café operators, hospitality partners, and internal teams. You will oversee day-to-day hospitality functions, manage vendor relationships, and support the delivery of a refreshed hospitality strategy.

  • Lead, coach, and support hospitality supervisors and direct reports.
  • Serve as the main contact for third-party operators and partners.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Ensure all operators follow agreed guidelines and quality expectations.
  • Lead negotiations for new and existing contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Track operator KPIs including revenue share, financial compliance, sustainability targets, customer feedback, menu quality, staffing levels, and health & safety standards.
  • Implement the rollout of specialty coffee and food services across the portfolio.
  • Review café financial performance and attend monthly finance and credit control meetings.
  • Oversee site-specific operator selection, café refurbishments, and new installations.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Experience managing multi-site café or hospitality operations.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office, CRM and EPOS systems.
  • Ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, and work independently.
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices.
  • Financial analysis capability.
  • Experience identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively.
