EQ Care Group is seeking a Regional Administration Manager to provide practical administrative oversight across our care home portfolio. You will visit homes, support Home Administrators and Home Managers, and ensure consistent, compliant admin processes.

You will collaborate with Support and Senior Leadership Teams, provide reports, coordinate meetings, and track actions. You will be outgoing, organised and ready to operate across multiple sites, with a focus on improving efficiency and data

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in an administration or office management role across multiple locations.
• Must be a driver with access to own vehicle.
• Experience of producing and interpreting reports, statistics/data, taking accurate meeting minutes and tracking actions.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience within Health & Social Care.

Aufgaben

• Oversee administrative systems, databases and records, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for Senior Leadership Team and Board.
• Identify outstanding actions and work with Home Administrators to ensure completion.
• Coordinate administrative audits and action plans across homes.
• Support recruitment processes from onboarding to starting.
• Support training and induction requirements across the organisation.
• Provide administrative support to Finance (invoices, payroll, debt tasks).
