Job summary

Mary Rush Care Ltd in Brighton is seeking a hands-on Regional Support Manager to oversee five elderly care homes across Sussex and Hampshire, with travel as required. You’ll join the Senior team to audit performance, fix issues and raise care standards.

As Regional Support Manager, you’ll lead audits, care governance, and resident experience while supporting managers and staff. You’ll ensure person-centred care, monitor staffing and training, and assist with marketing and pre-admission

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Registered Manager in elderly care.
• 1–2 years in a Regional/ multi-site role.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent) and able to register with CQC.
• Full UK driving license and your own car.

Responsibilities

• Audit homes against CQC standards and drive improvements.
• Ensure person-centred care with dignity and wellbeing.
• Monitor vacancies, agency use, staffing levels and training.
• Support marketing and conduct pre-admission assessments and show rounds when covering a home.
