EQ Care Group is seeking a Regional Administration Manager to provide practical administrative oversight across our care home portfolio. You will visit homes, support Home Administrators and Home Managers, and ensure consistent, compliant admin processes.

Location: Around Oxford and up to The Midlands
As the Regional Administration Manager, you will provide practical administrative oversight and support across our care home portfolio. Visiting our care homes and working closely with Home Administrators and Home Managers to ensure our administrative processes are consistent, effective and compliant. This may include providing cover where required, and this role will cover a vast range of duties and involvement with many areas of the business functions.
You’ll be comfortable walking into a home, understanding what support is needed and getting stuck in. You will be approachable, organised and confident. You will also work alongside our Support and Senior Leadership Teams, providing reports, coordinating meetings, tracking actions and supporting a wide range of operational activities.
