Liaise East Anglia is seeking a proactive Registered Manager to oversee two homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and compliance with CQC requirements. You will manage staff, care documentation, budgets, and liaise with Local Authorities and professionals to maintain service excellence.

The role requires flexible work across both sites, safeguarding responsibilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a friendly, values-driven organisation.

Formación

• A relevant Health & Social Care and/or management qualification.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and current health and social care legislation.
• Experience of managing a health and social care service.
• Minimum of two years in a management role within health and social care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day management and operation of both homes.
• Lead, manage and support staff across both services.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and appropriate care documentation.
• Monitor wellbeing and ensure safeguarding and compliance with policies.
