Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Registered Manager for multi-site operations across supported living and domiciliary services. You will retain CQC duties while expanding oversight, service development and operational performance across sites.

You will lead managers, drive quality, ensure safeguarding, and build strong relationships with commissioners and health professionals. A Level 4/5 qualification is desirable and driving may be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or equivalent senior management role.
• Experience managing multiple services across sites or teams.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance and quality assurance.
• Experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and day-to-day operation of multiple supported living and domiciliary services.
• Maintain CQC compliance and lead inspections, audits and service improvement plans.
• Support the organisation in improving CQC ratings and high standards of care.
• Carry out regular service visits to monitor quality, compliance, staffing and wellbeing.
• Provide leadership and support to Service/Home Managers and staff teams.
• Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, performance management and staff development.
